May need some discussion

Q: My 7 month Morkie has been having diarrhea at least twice a week for about 3 weeks now and throws up randomly. We brought her home at 2 months and she has never had diarrhea until about 3 weeks ago. Cece is fully potty trained. Sometimes it is uncontrollable and then other times she can hold it until we get her outside. We changed her food around 4 months old, so we do not think that is the issue. She gets absolutely no table scraps, and only eats Cesar's hard dog food. We took her to the vet when this first started happening and the gave her an x-ray and found nothing in her stomach. We are at a total stand still and don't know if this is normal or if we need to change something? Please help us.
