Black spot on skin
April 18, 2018, 11:54 AM- Q: Our dog will be 2 in july. She is a Yorkie shih tzu mix she has a black spot on her back about 2in by 1in and it's dry and rough the skin feels thick in the area. She keeps scratching at it. She does not have any fleas and never has and has no other spot like this. What could we do for this would Neosporin be okay to use? It's not open or anything
