Sick Puppy

Q: We just got our puppy 5 days ago. We have done everything we were told to do. We took him to the vet yesterday and got his 5-way vaccination. He had been very active, but today he started to have loose stool, two or three times. He won't eat any food. He is now not active at all. We gave him some syrup and he vomited it up. Would appreciate a answer. Thanks Bob
