Q: How to introduce puppy to other animals? Have 2 cats. And I babysit other dogs. What is the best way to get them acquainted?
A: The cats will decide if and when they want an introduction, forcing the encounter ususally doesn’t work. With the visiting dogs chances are they already have an accepting attitude due to their lifestyle so just make the encounter available and referee. How well it goes may depend on how often they are present. Be sure that their health background is okay for being with the puppy.
