Q: Hi, My name is Tami and we just purchased a Havanese little boy Toby from Affordable pets and LOVE him. Its been a long, long time since we had a pup was three months December 29, 2014 and weighed 3lbs 8oz :+) He came with Caesars puppy can food and a bag of dry (no label in a zip lock) we have been feeding him one can and dry food. Is one can enough? We just ran out of the dry food and do not know what to replace it with any suggestions? Also he is a pup and loves to chew and bite. Although he likes his toys he would prefer to bite us our pants shoes etc., any suggestions on chew items? Thanks
A: One can per day with the dry food available twice daily would be about right for his weight. The dry food you have is royal Canin which is a good quality food. The answer to the biting problem is you have to take control and not let it be fun. Type "biting" in the forum search box and review other member questions and answers.
