How much food

Q: Is it bad if our 12wk cavapoo isn't eating recommended amount of Royal Canin puppy kibble? (Says 1.25 cups/day at 12wks for an eventual 13lbs adult) Was almost impossible for us to get her to eat recommended amount of dry kibble, so the last few weeks we mixed with warm water but she still doesn't eat nearly 1.25 cups/day. We offer food 4x/day and nearly always have to hand feed or play with it over 30min to get her close to finishing. Can a 12wk puppy still get hypoglycemia? She only ate .5cups today but we didn't keep a good schedule. How closely should we monitor her daily food intake?

A: Most likely everything is okay but it would help if I knew her current weight and attitude.
