Pet food labels confusing

Q: My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is 5 months old and about 12 lbs. I want to start switching her to a more digestible food. She is currently on "Royal Canin for Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy's. She is eating well but like to nibble on our Labs food "Diamond Natural large breed adult chicken and rice". I have tried to find a food without "crude protein", "crude fat", and "crude fiber". However I have not been able to find one yet. Could you give me some suggestions on food that is more digestible for her? Thank you and have a blessed day.
A: I think it is best if we could discuss this live, I will contact you tomorrow.
