Q: We are training our Aussiechon pup to eliminate outside. We’ve had her for a week now & she is doing really well with it. During the day we take her out every 1.5 hours (or after a nap, eating, playing). During the night/early morning hours we take her out every 2 hours. We moved to every 2.5 hrs during the night hours. She has not had any accidents over night! Should we be waking her up to eliminate or wait until she wakes up & start whining to get our attention?
A: For about another week I would get her up once in the overnight.
