Description of symptoms

Q: Hi thank you for your help with our Frenchie. My name is Helen his name is Gino. Okay what I mean is his stomach is very bloated, he motions like he wants to vomit, (like gagging a little). He seems very sad today except when he being held by one of us and sleeping in our arms. He's gone potty several times today he keeps going to the pad, which is good. He has pood 3 times. The first 2 were dark brown and just 2 regular size poos. The 3rd much longer and lighter in color. He is about 2lbs. Lots of runny water coming out of his nose and mouth when he is looking like he wants to vomit. Help.
