Vaccination Schedule

Q: I do not have her shot records, and I will schedule her first vet appointment after the first week of January. I want to give the vet the information that way the vet will know what kind of shots she will be needed. My puppy is a morkie she will be 10 wks old, I received her on 12/16/13. I would appreciate it if you can send me her shots records.

A: I am not able to provide a copy of your puppies actual vaccine records. Your puppy would have received a "5-way" vaccination within a week of arrival at your providers kennel. It looks like you have had your puppy for about 1 week so she would be due soon. Usually there would be vaccination and treatment records in the packet that came with her.
