I've had an excellent experience with Puppy Love PR. They've been very responsive to our questions, so I know I can always reach out to them if anything happens with the puppy. The puppy himself, is quite happy and healthy and seem to have already been trained to use pads, as he immediately went wee on one when he arrived home.
